GUIDE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR HAJ 1442 (H) - 2021



A)   Requirement for Online Application for HAJ 1442 (H) - 2021 :
  1. Computer with internet and printer
  2. A valid Mobile Number
  3. A valid Email Id
B)   The GUIDELINES for Haj-2021 are also applicable for online applications. [Click Here]

C)   To complete online application follow the steps given below :

Applicant have to follow the given steps to fill the Haj Application Form.

Step 1: New Registration for Haj Application

Step 2: Fill the Haj Application Form

Step 3: Upload Photo &, Document

Step 4: Make Payment of Fee

Step 5: Print HAF


Step 1 : New Registration for Haj Application:

  • Go the official website of hajcommittee.gov.in
  • Click on “HAJ FORM” and select “Apply’’.

  • Following screen will appear, click on “NEW USER REGISTRATION” :

  • After clicking on “NEW USER REGISTRATION”
  • Fill the registration form carefully.
  • Applicants have to fill their Mobile Number, Email ID, First Name, and Last Name.
  • Choose the strong password and re confirm the password.
  • Enter security code.
  • If information correct, click the check box.
  • Click on “Submit Details”.

  • On successful submission of registration details, a system generated OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to Mobile Number provided in the registration form. Activate user-id by entering OTP number and click on ‘’SUBMIT’’ button.

  • NOTE :-  Your account will not be activated until you have entered OTP in the above displayed verification box, so do not forget this important step.

  • On successful submission of OTP, a confirmation message will appear on screen.

Step 1.2 Registered User Sign-in & Application Form Filling :

  • Enter registered Mobile number and password for filling online HAF.

Step 2 Fill the Haj Application Form :

After sign-in following screen will appear.

  • Click on appropriate application category.
  • Select Number of Adults from drop down
  • Click “NEXT” button :

  • Step 2.1 Fill Applicants’ details :

    • Fill the applicants’ Passport details (As per Indian International Passport), Personal details, Present Residential Address, Nominee Details, Bank Account Details etc.
    • The fields marked with * are compulsory :

    After entering all the details, click on declaration and submit ‘SAVE & NEXT’ button.

  • Above steps are to be repeated for each co-pilgrim.

Step 3 Upload Photo &, Document :

  • Step 3 for images upload will be appeared on screen.
  • Now select the pilgrims from drop down.
  • Click on “Browse” for Upload photo & Document.
  • All documents should be in JPG/JPEG format only.
  • Photograph (Passport Size) should be between 5kb to20kb & width between 100pixel to 148pixel.
  • Documents size should be between 80kb to 250kb & width between 570pixel to 795pixel.

  • After uploading photo & document of all pilgrims, click ‘Upload’ button.
  • Above steps are to be repeated for each co-pilgrim.

Step 4: Make Payment of Fee :

  • After uploading the images, applicants will automatically go to the link for fee payment.
  • Applicants can pay the fee through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking.
  • Select 'Online Payment' and click on “PAY NOW”.

  • After clicking on "PAY NOW" the following screen will appear. Enter Cover head Passport No. in the text box and click on submit.

  • Fill the details of Cover Head Name, Mobile No.,
  • Select the amount according to applicant in the group
  • Click “I Agree the Terms & Conditions" and submit.

  • After clicking on submit you will be re-directed to payment gateway and make the payment.

    On successful completion of the transaction, an transaction receipt will be generated.


  • Enter Transaction ID (transaction id is mentioned in transaction receipt) Step-2 and click on "Upload Payment Details" Step-3.

  • Click on “FINAL SUBMISSION” you will get the alert message. Click Ok

Step 5 Print HAF :

  • A unique system generated Group ID will be displayed which indicates successful completion of online submission.
  • To View/ Print the Online Haj Application Form click on “Download PDF”

  • NOTE :-  If Documents are uploaded then no need to submit your printed HAF and documents to your respective State Haj Committee at this stage.

  • If Documents Not Uploaded
    Please submit printed copy along with documents to your respective State Haj Committee, before 10-12-2020 for completion of HAF.
  • SHC will scrutinize and verify the details filled online before generating Cover number.

    If you have found major mistake in HAF. Then you can use Delete Whole Group Button, Otherwise do not use Delete Button.
