1 - As per Guidelines for Haj — 2022, below 65 years of age means what?

Person born on or after 11.07.1957.

2 - What about the Male Companion of 70+ Haj Applicant who is below the age of 65 years?

His Application shall be processed under General Category or he can withdraw his Haj Application.

3 - His Application shall be processed under General Category or he can withdraw his Haj Application. (a) Companion of 70+ Haj Applicant (b) Co-pilgrims of Male Haj Pilgrim above the age of 65 years?

She can prefer to have new eligible Mehram Companion or withdraw her Haj Application. HCoI shall CANCEL her Haj Seat after prescribed last date being Without Mehram Case.

4 - Can Fresh Applications be made between 9th April, 2022 till 22nd April, 2022?

Yes, please go through content of Circular No.12, 2022 in this regard.

5 - Will Haj Committee of India refund Rs.300/- collected towards Process Fee in respect of Cancelled / Ineligible Pilgrims?

No, Processing Fee is Non-Refundable.

6 - Whether Haj pilgrims inoculated with two doses of COVAXIN or COVISHIELD are eligible for proceeding to Haj?

Yes, as both the vaccines have been approved by W.H.O.
