1.I have carefully read the CIRCULAR issued by HCol for selection and Training of Trainers for Haj-2024.
2.I hereby declare that I shall be fully abide by the norms formulated in the Circular.
3.I declare that all the information submitted by me in the Application are correct to the best of my knowledge and I will stand disqualified if any information submitted by me is found to be incomplete/incorrect at any stage.
4.I hereby declare on oath that I shall not accept any remuneration from the pilgrims or otherwise.
5.I shall adhere to the rules and regulations of Haj Committee of India & State / UT Haj Committees and the instructions issued by them from time to time.
6.I hereby declare on oath that there is no criminal proceedings undergoing/pending against me in any Court of Law.
7.I am fully aware of the fact that MoMA/HCoI/SHCs reserves all rights to cancel/ reject my candidature at any time without giving prior notice.
8.I hereby declare that I shall follow the Model Training Calendar.
