That I have carefully read and understood the Circular issued by the Haj Committee of India (HCoI) regarding the Selection of Trainers for Haj-2027 and shall abide by all the norms, terms and conditions prescribed therein and all instructions issued by the HCoI/State Haj Committee (SHC) from time to time.*

That all the information and particulars furnished by me in the application form and supporting documents are true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I fully understand that my candidature/selection may be cancelled and I may be disqualified at any stage if any information furnished by me is found to be false, incorrect, incomplete or misleading.*

That I shall not demand, accept or receive any amount whatsoever by way of remuneration, charges, fee, consideration, gift or otherwise from any pilgrim in connection with my duties as a Trainer.*

That no criminal case or criminal proceeding is pending against me before any Court of Law as on the date of submission of this declaration.*

That I shall not use or misuse my selection as a Trainer for any personal, commercial or other gain whatsoever.*

That I am not associated in any way with any Haj Group Organiser or engaged in any activity connected with the operation of Haj tours.*

That I have not been involved in, and shall not engage in, any unlawful or illegal activity whatsoever.*

That I shall maintain strict confidentiality and privacy of all personal, biometric, passport, contact, travel, health-related and other information/data of pilgrims that may come to my knowledge or possession in the course of performing my duties as a Trainer. I shall not access, collect, copy, retain, use, disclose, share, transfer or otherwise process such data except as specifically authorised for official purposes. I shall take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, loss, misuse or leakage of pilgrim data.*

That I shall not indulge in, promote, support or participate in any activity, campaign, association or conduct that is prejudicial to the interests of the Government of India, Ministry of Minority Affairs, HCoI, SHC or the Haj administration, or that may adversely affect the orderly conduct of Haj or undermine the authority of the competent authorities.*

That I shall maintain proper conduct and discipline at all times and shall not make any unauthorised statement, representation or communication on behalf of the HCoI, SHC or any other Government authority.*

That I am fully aware that the Ministry of Minority Affairs (MoMA), HCoI and/or SHC reserve the right to cancel/reject my candidature or selection at any stage, without prior notice and without assigning any reason, and that violation of this Affidavit/Declaration or any applicable rule, regulation or instruction may result in cancellation of my candidature/selection and such other action as may be deemed appropriate by the competent authority.*
